Grundsteinlegung B&B Hotel Hardpark Fürth – Ein neues Kapitel für Fürth

Heute wurde in Anwesenheit von Oberbürgermeister Dr. Jung, Herrn Müller vom Wirtschaftsreferat, Herrn Reuter (Geschäftsführer Köster) und seinem Team, Tobias Gollnest (Chief Development Officer B&B Hotel) und des Bauherren, sowie weiteren Projektbeteiligten und Gästen, der Grundstein für das neue B&B Hotel im Hardpark Fürth gelegt. Das Hotel entsteht auf dem Areal der ehemaligen Flachglasfabrik Flabeg und markiert einen weiteren wichtigen Schritt in der Entwicklung des Gewerbegebiets.
Das Projekt der Bauherren Centrotec Immobilien trägt zur Revitalisierung des ehemaligen Industriestandorts bei, der bereits rund 200 Arbeitsplätze und über 20.000 qm Gewerbefläche in modernen Büro-, Logistik- und Lagerflächen geschaffen hat. Das 112-Zimmer-Hotel mit 250 Betten wird eine wichtige Infrastrukturerweiterung für den Hardpark darstellen, der zahlreiche mittelständische Unternehmen und Industriebetriebe beheimatet.
Die Fertigstellung ist für September 2026 geplant. Besondere Schwerpunkte liegen auf Nachhaltigkeit und Energieeffizienz, unter anderem durch eine Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach, Wärmepumpen und eine BREEAM Exzellent Zertifizierung.
Der Bauherr dankt allen Beteiligten, insbesondere der Stadt Fürth, dem Wirtschaftsreferat und dem Generalunternehmer Köster, für die Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit. Zeitgemäßes Lernumfeld für Zukunftstechnologien Ein Großteil der Emissionen im Gebäudesektor entsteht durch das Heizen. Im Einbau nachhaltiger Heiztechnik liegt also ein entscheidender Schlüssel zum Erreichen der Klimaziele. In diesem Zuge beschlossen Vertreter von Politik, Verbänden, Gewerkschaften und Unternehmen auf dem „Wärmepumpengipfel 2022“, die Voraussetzungen dafür zu schaffen, dass ab 2024 jährlich mindestens 500.000 Wärmepumpen in Deutschland neu installiert werden. „Wir möchten unseren Beitrag leisten und das Fachhandwerk dabei unterstützen, diese ambitionierten Ziele zu erreichen. Neben unserem umfangreichen Schulungsprogramm bieten wir deshalb mit dem neuen WOLF Besucherzentrum ein zeitgemäßes Lernumfeld für diese Zukunftstechnologien an“, sagt Christian Amann, Geschäftsführer bei WOLF.
Schulungen für Fachhandwerker und Planer Auf insgesamt drei Etagen mit je 1.500 m2 werden ausschließlich nachhaltige Materialien sowie hauseigene Gerätetechnologie – von energieeffizienten Wärmepumpen bis hin zu Lüftungsanlagen – zum Einsatz kommen. Mit modernen Schulungsräumen inklusive Theorie- und Praxisarealen schafft WOLF damit optimale Bedingungen für die Weiterbildung von Fachhandwerkern, Anlagenbauern oder Planern. Zudem umfasst das neue Besucherzentrum großzügige Ausstellungsflächen mit neuesten WOLF Technologien sowie variabel nutzbare Büros und Arbeitsbereiche.
